I know I got a mini-things and small utensils fetish, and will forever continue to hoard teeny tiny Baskin Robbins taster and gelato spoons.
But only until my lunch was assembled did the unintentional theme become glaringly obvious. Micro greens and mini mozzarella, dressed with balsamic vinaigrette and salt + pepper dispensed from these insanely cute Lilliputian-sized containers that put minibars to shame (compliments of TAM and American Airlines).
Because I ate a lot of these in my time as I child frozen food addict, chalk it up to how habits and preferences have a funny way of reversing themselves. Although I always did eat my B&R ice cream with the taster spoon.

When I first moved out of the house I rented a dinky studio with a dinky kitchen. Didn't matter about size because I couldn't cook a damn thing. I went to the local version of a Burger King, I think it was called something like Pirate Burger; you get the idea. But to save money and be frugal and all that crap I drove to the local Safeway and stumbled on what may have been the greatest thing I've ever thought of. To solve my cooking dilemma I bought a stack of Hungry Man dinners. By the third night I was beaten, admitting defeat, my idea a shambles. Well at least PIRATE BURGER was still open!
