With the demise of my old site and pre-parenting life comes this new one. Hope the new identity doesn't throw people off. The title should be read as a noun, not as a verb (as in the Gen X movie), unless you really hate me. I would have preferred Ritz Bits, but the domain was already taken and redirected to another site, and since contrary to what my surname might lead one to believe, I don't own a controlling share in that company. I'm therefore rendered helpless in the face of corporate power.
I can't promise as regular posting as I've been able to manage the past three years. Less frequent cooking, eating out, socializing ... hell, less everything provide a slight obstacle. However, as James's napping and sleeping improve (they say the three month baby hurdle is major), so will the pleasures of life. Which isn't to suggest having a baby isn't a tremendous, and actually the biggest, one.
